Friends of Grãos e Griô
Blande visited us and wanted to become a partner and contributed R$30, which is deposited every money in an account in the Bank of Brazil. She will receive a photograph and background history of a child in Lençóis who will be her friend. Whenever Blande wishes she may communicate with the child and find out about his/her growth, difficulties, and joy of living, or send messages on important dates.

Sophie wants to study to become a teacher and Selim is an anthropologist. Both are Swiss citizens. They came to live with us to learn about Lençois culture and experience the beauty of our land and people. During this period they cooperated with Grãos de Luz activities.

Your educational training could help us with our activities.

Another way of contributing is by purchasing artistic and pedagogical products such as videos, books, recycled paper, cloth and children’s clothes.
